Hi there,
We want to keep you informed about a potential Canada Post service disruption that could begin as early as May. In preparation, we’re making a few temporary adjustments to ensure your orders continue to arrive safely and on time.
Here’s what you need to know:
Based on our experience during the last Canada Post disruption in November, packages already in their system were significantly delayed — many didn’t move until operations resumed. To avoid this issue, we plan to pause all Canada Post shipments starting May 13.
Instead, we’ll continue delivering using reliable alternative carriers like UPS and other top-rated couriers. This means:
If you have a PO Box, we won’t be able to ship to it after May 13 unless the situation with Canada Post is resolved (PO Boxes are owned and operated by Canada Post, which is why we’re unable to deliver to them during a disruption).
If you live in a rural area or rely on a PO Box, we highly recommend placing your order before May 13 to avoid delivery disruptions.
If you don’t use a PO Box, you won’t be affected — your orders will continue to ship via our alternate courier partners.
As always, we’re committed to providing you with the best service possible. If you have any questions or concerns, our customer support team is here and happy to help — just reach out, and we’ll be glad to assist.
Thank you for your continued support and understanding.
